           Logan Leary, LLC was founded in 1995 as an adjunct for other services
    providing loss control analysis to insurance industry clients primarily
    involved in construction and related businesses.

    With 20+ years of experience in construction trades and risk management  
    as well as credentials in occupational safety and health, Logan Leary grew
    from primarily conducting OSHA compliance-based job site audits to
    developing, implementing and managing important segments of client
    safety programs.

    In addition, OSHA Outreach Training was completed for many clients
    resulting in the certification of over 2,500 construction workers.

    On the heels of an increasing number of States requiring, by law, that all
    construction workers and related staff working on publicly funded
    construction projects of all types, OSHA implemented stringent new
    Outreach Trainer requirements, OSHA course administrative rules and
    procedures and mandated course content.

    To date, 34+ states have passed laws requiring construction workers,
    working on publicly funded projects, to have completed the OSHA 10-Hour
    Construction Industry Outreach Training Program. Following this, many
    privately funded project owners and/or General and Subcontractors now
    require the completion of the 10-Hour Construction Training Program as
    well.

    The "tightening"  of all aspects of OSHA Outreach Training Programs has
    promoted greater uniformity in course administration and content, and now
    includes many "adult learning" attributes which promote enhanced student
    participation, measurement and greater student retention.

    Logan Leary offers the new OSHA approved 10-Hour Construction Training
    Course with multi-media course materials, practical class demonstrations
    and open discussion. We have succeeded in offering an OSHA approved
    course which is informative and enjoyable.
